Grain of Thought reflects on how memories evolve and fade over time, exploring what we hold onto and what slips away. The piece considers how certain senses—like smells, colors, sounds, and textures—trigger memories, shaping what we recall versus what we lose. Using voice to evoke and reconstruct memory, the dancers bring to life the way we filter experiences into fragments, creating fleeting images that shift and distort with time. Once vibrant with detail, each memory becomes distilled, leaving only traces of what once was a rich landscape of moments.
